Yes. The app is offline-first. Catalogue, orders, customers, payments, invoices, and reports all run on a local SQLite database on your computer. You can use it during power outages, in stores with poor internet, or on the move with a laptop.

Yes. Wishkr Studio lets you record order sources such as WhatsApp, Instagram, walk-in, phone, corporate, and Wishkr handoff. It does not read your chats automatically; it gives you a structured order desk so chat-based orders do not stay scattered across messages and spreadsheets.

Yes. Wishkr Studio has a built-in hamper builder. A Diwali hamper containing 5% mithai and 18% dry fruits is handled correctly — the bundle's GST is resolved from the highest component rate, the right HSN is carried into the invoice, and a single bundle line still appears on the customer-facing PDF and GSTR-1 export.

Yes. The Profile captures your FSSAI licence number and expiry, and FSSAI is printed on every invoice footer and packing-slip header as required under the FSSAI Display Regulations. Dietary flags like eggless, jain, contains-nuts and refrigerated are first-class on orders and flow to the packing slip.

Yes. The app creates line-item invoices with HSN, CGST/SGST/IGST, delivery fees, and discounts, and produces a monthly GSTR-1 summary CSV (B2B, B2C, HSN summary, credit/debit notes) you can hand directly to your CA. Composition-scheme dealers get a Bill of Supply with the mandatory stamp automatically.

Yes. Each invoice has one-tap actions to share the invoice PDF, a payment UPI QR (generated offline from your VPA and the outstanding amount), or the payment details as plain text — straight to the customer on WhatsApp.

It handles hamper bundles with mixed GST, festival-aware ordering (Rakhi / Karwa Chauth / Diwali), occasion tagging, gift wrap as a line item, dietary flags on orders, and FSSAI compliance out of the box. If you sell electronics, garments, or kirana goods, the generic apps will serve you better.

Your data lives only on your device in a local SQLite file. Nothing is uploaded to a Wishkr server. You can export a full backup at any time and restore it on another machine. Treat backup files as confidential because they contain customer contact details.

Not yet. Wishkr also runs a free WhatsApp reminder bot for consumers (birthdays, anniversaries, festivals) that today only sends reminders and gift ideas. In a future release, vendors using this app may be able to receive orders generated by that bot — but that bridge does not exist yet and is not part of what you download today. The desktop app stands on its own as a billing tool. We will update this page when that ships.
